Working Together
for Health Equity
Our mission is to improve the translation of research findings and innovations into public health practice by offering tailored research support services accessible to community-based public health organizations.
"Our goal is to support and empower local public health organizations in stewarding research and evidence-based practice efforts that promote health equity and foster the health of their communities. We want to help organizations that do not have a 'research department' to be able to apply research strategies and findings that support their mission. We offer a bridge to help bolster local health organizations in the process of translating research evidence into practice so that individuals, organizations, and communities can work together to improve health outcomes."
